The Pathfinder Fair will be held at the Boy Scouts of America CAMP SYNDER in Haymarket, VA.

The Pathfinder Fair will include fun-filled activities for your club members this year.

There will:

  • An Archery Competition
  • An Ax Throwing Competition (Hatchets)
  • A Knife Throwing Competition
  • A Club Shelter Lashing Competition:

For Pathfinders not interested in the competitions can participate in the honors showcase, which includes:

  • Arts & Crafts
  • Household Arts
  • Nature
  • Vocational

Following are a few other reminders that relate to our check-in process for registration at the Fair:

Please remind your parents that we do not check in Pathfinders individually at registration (parents should not bring their children to register them).  The club director or deputy directors must check their clubs in at registration.

Remind parents to arrange with the club director or staff where their child is to meet up with their club and not just drop them off to try to get with their club.

At check-in, we will verify your numbers attending.  Adding to your numbers at check-in will incur the $3.00 late fee.  For any changes to your registration, please get in touch with me.   Reminder, we are not in the office on Fridays.  Please be as close to your numbers as possible when registering for our planning purposes.

Please remind your parents that this is not an Adventurer event. Adventurers will not be allowed to participate in the Pathfinder activities even though they will pay a fee to attend (age 5 and up).

All your staff and adults attending must have completed the Child Protection process through Sterling Volunteers, including the background check.

Please note that club cancellations on or after April 20 will not be credited or refunded.
