PBE Coaches are essential to what makes a team. The coach of the year is a very special award to recognize the extraordinary efforts of a coach. Their character, circumstances, and passion that drives them every day to support their pathfinders is what we want to hear about. For the year you re submitting (2024), the coach must be an active participant during that year, must demonstrate an extraordinary character in situations where they went above and beyond for their pathfinders.
